01. You must be a fan of the fan fiction pairing of Cole Turner and Phoebe Halliwell. Do NOT join simply because you are a fan of Julian McMahon, Alyssa Milano, or the Show (or even fan fiction).
02. You must give me a valid email address and country.
03. You do not need a site to join. But if you do have one, you must place a link (text or code) from your site to mine. It must be up before I check, and I check my email EVERY DAY (!!) so you might want to consider putting the link up before filling out the join form.
04. I will not link your site if it contains racism, porn, etc.
05. No direct linking my codes, you BANDWIDTH THIEF! *chop* *chop* *chop*
06. Do not take any of the images from this site as your own without specific permission. Obviously, you can use the codes to link me. But do not claim that you have made them unless, in fact, you have. After all... I don't steal YOUR stuff.
07. No typing in sticky caps. It's annoying. (StICKy cApS).
08. No weird aliases that don't make sense, like PhOEbe_CoLE_FiC_FRE4K2076. If you insert an alias such as this I will have to edit it.
09. If your site is not in English, you MUST place the DIRECT URL to the page the code is on your site in the Questions/Comments box. If you do not, I will not link your site, because I will not spend thirty minutes trying to decipher a foreign language. (No offense intended. I love you. But I'm stupid.)
